Get your medical documentation — Our licensed healthcare providers review your information and issue your Letters of Medical Necessity. No doctor visits required. No waiting weeks. Many LMNs are issued within minutes for catalog products, or 24-48 hours for custom requests.
Purchase your products normally — Buy from Amazon, your local gym, your favorite brands. Use your regular credit card. Crates is not a store — you buy products where you normally would.
Get reimbursed — Upload your itemized receipt to Crates. For our 8 supported admins, our in-house claims team submits the documentation directly. For other admins, download your LMN and submit to your admin's portal yourself.

Who Is Crates For?
Crates is for anyone with an HSA or FSA who spends money on wellness. You don't need to be sick or have a diagnosis to qualify - many common health conditions like stress, sleep issues, high blood pressure, or family history of heart disease can make wellness products eligible.
Is This Actually Legit?
Yes. Everything we do is based on IRS Publication 502, which allows HSA/FSA funds to be used for products that help prevent, manage, or reverse specific health conditions — as long as you have proper medical documentation. Our team includes licensed healthcare providers (MD, DO, PA, NP) who review every case individually.

How Much Does Crates Cost?
We offer three plans:
One Product - $39/year (1 LMN, average savings: $513)
Three Products - $79/year (3 LMNs, average savings: $949)
Unlimited - $99/year (unlimited LMNs, average savings: $1,487)
Your Crates membership fee is itself HSA/FSA eligible, so you can use pre-tax dollars to pay for it.
