How to Reset Your Password
On Log in to Crates Health, choose Forgot password? The same link is on the sign-up account step.
You will see Reset your password, then Check your email. The login page says Check Your Email.
The page says: If an account exists for the email you entered, you'll receive a reset link. It uses the same line when no account exists. The page does not say whether that email has an account.
The email subject is Update your password for Crates Health. The link expires in 30 minutes.
Open the link and create a new password. It needs at least 8 characters, upper and lower case, a number, and a special character.
To change a password you already know: Profile, Personal details, Change password. There is no current-password field. Enter the new password twice. It needs at least 8 characters, upper and lower case, a number, and a special character. Success says Your password was updated. You stay signed in.
A Google-only account shows You sign in to Crates with Google and There is no Crates password to manage.
