If you already paid, including a one-time purchase, open Upgrade for more letters.

A Pro member is offered Ultimate only.
A one-time buyer is offered Pro Saver and Ultimate Saver, not Beginner again. The review shows Applied payment credit for the earlier payment, then Due today.
A one-time buyer is shown as Beginner Saver. A one-time purchase covers one letter and lasts 12 months from the purchase date. After that your account stays free, with everything you've saved. While that purchase is current, the letter and receipt storage are limited to the one product that was bought.
A free member is Intro Saver, status Free plan. After onboarding, Choose a plan shows only the three annual plans: Beginner Saver, Pro Saver, and Ultimate Saver. That screen does not include Subscribe and Save ($35) or the one-time purchase.
The upgrade screen does not show the savings line that first purchase and onboarding show.

When Should I Upgrade?
Consider upgrading if:
You started with one letter and want another. Maybe you covered a gym membership and now want supplements or a fitness tracker.
You have used the 3 letters on Pro Saver. Ultimate Saver includes unlimited letters.
You want receipt storage and reimbursement on more than one product. A current one-time purchase limits the letter and receipt storage to the one product that was bought.
