When you pay for wellness products with pre-tax HSA/FSA dollars instead of after-tax income, you save your marginal tax rate on those purchases. For most people, that's 25-40% savings depending on your tax bracket (federal + state + FICA).

Can I pay for my Crates subscription with HSA/FSA funds? Yes! Your Crates membership fee is HSA/FSA eligible. You can either use your HSA/FSA card at checkout, or use your personal card and submit your Crates receipt to your HSA/FSA admin for reimbursement just like any other eligible expense.

Can I upgrade my plan later? Yes. You can upgrade from any plan to a higher tier. You'll just pay the prorated difference. Log into your account, go to Profile Settings (click your name in the top right), and scroll to "Manage or Upgrade Account."

What if I only need one LMN right now? The One Product plan at $39/year is a great option. If you find you want to cover more products later, you can always upgrade. Keep in mind that the Unlimited plan at $99/year is only $60 more and covers everything - most people find it's worth it once they see how many wellness expenses are actually eligible.

Is there a monthly option? Plans are billed annually. This keeps the cost low and gives you coverage for a full year of LMNs and reimbursements.

What happens to my LMNs if I don't renew? Your existing LMNs remain valid for their original 12-month duration even if you cancel your subscription. You just won't be able to get new LMNs or use the reimbursement features after your plan expires.
